Lavi Mela from Nov 11 to 14 at Rampur

Deputy Commissioner Shimla Aditya Negi took a meeting of International Lavi Mela at Rampur Mini Secretariat Auditorium here today.  He informed that International Lavi Mela will be organized from November 11 to November 14 at PG College Ground, Rampur and cultural evening will also be organized at College Ground.  The Deputy Commissioner informed that the International Lavi Fair is being organized after two years and there will be complete transparency in the allocation of stalls and horses exhibition will be organized from November 4 to November 6 and to keep the younger generation away from drugs.  Marathon will also be organized in November.  He stressed on establishing better coordination with Jal Shakti Department, Public Works Department, Police Administration, Electricity Department, Transport Department for the successful organization of Lavi Mela so that their work is not overlapped. He also instructed the employees of Municipal Council Rampur to keep the cleanliness system strong during the fair. The Deputy Commissioner also assured to give ₹ 500000 to the College Ground Rampur during the Lavi Mela to make up for the loss. Sub Divisional Officer Rampur Surendra Mohan conducted the meeting and provided information regarding the International Lavi Mela. On this occasion Preeti Kashyap, President of Rampur Municipal Council, all the councilors and officers and employees of various departments were present.
