High reaches snowing in Himachal, Maximum temperature plummeted below normal

The high reaches of Lahaul Spiti, Chamba, Kinnuar and Shimla were snowing intermittently since last night plummeting the maximum temperature by four to five degrees below\normal.
The Met Office said that Hansa in Lahaul Spiti had three cm snowfall, high reaches of Kaza two cmSamdo in 0.1 cm. The dark clouds were hovering over the sky since yesterday and inclement weather conditions continue in the state.
The Gateway to Lahaul Spiti district Rohtang Pass, and  Kunzum pass recorded fresh spell of snowfallreport of snowfall is also coming from the Lady of Keylong, Goshal hills, Seven sisters’hills and Baralachapass of Lahaul Spiti district, High raeches of Kaza , Kinner Kailash and Shrikhand Kallash rangesin Kinnuar, Chanshal pass in Shimla recorded light snowfall . 
Thee is no report of rainfall in the state sofar, The Met Office said that very light snowfall occurred in isolated places over the high reaches during last  24 hrs.
Night temperature improvised in the state due to thick blanket of clouds in the sky however due to mainlycloud y weather day temperature plunged by four to five degrees below normal increasing the cold wave in theday time.
The Met Office said that light to moderate rain or snowfall likely to occur in many places on Dec 4 and 5 due toanother western disturbances likely to be become active from Dec 4 in the state.The Met Office said that rain or snowfall likely to occur in isolated places today in mid and high reaches however weather would be cloudy butmainly dry in the foot hills.
Minimum temperature of Keylong in Lahaul  Spiti minus 0.8 degree, five degree high of yesterday,Kalpa 48 degreesMandi six degrees, Sundernagar and Bhuntar 6.5 degrees, Solan and Dalhousie seven degrees, Hamirpur and Manali 7.2 degreesShimla eight degrees, Bilaspur and Palampur 8.5 degrees, Chamba 9.3 degrees, Kangra 10 degrees, Una 10.6 degreesand Nahan 12.6 degrees respectively.
The Met Office forcast mainly dry weather in next 24 hrs in the state.
