High reaches receives fresh snowfall in Himachal
High reaches of Lahaul-Spiti,Chamba, Kullu and Kinnaur received light to moderate snowfall in last 24 hrs however it was mainly dry and sunny un rest of state and Giving respite from cold weather Mercury slightly improvised in wee and night hours. It was 1.2 degrees in Kalpa ( Kinnaur), 5.8 & 6.8 degrees in Manali and Kufri, 9 and ten degrees in Shimla and Dharmshala, 2.9 and 3 .5 in Mandi and Solan, 4.6 and 5 degrees at Hamirpur and Bilaspur and 4.4 and 9.3 in Una and Chamba and 6.3 degrees Tourist resort Dalhousie. Lahaul Spiti Administeration have issue Weather advisory for next 24hrs for commuters who want to visit tribal district warning that after snowfall Kaza road (NH-505) had been closed for all vehicular Movement similarly Shinkula Road also shut down for vehicles. Manali Leh National Highway (NH-003) which is open till Darcha and Pangi Killar Highway (SH-26) is open to all types of vehicles.
